Cross Creek Realty, Inc., d/b/a CENTURY 21 InTown is a minority-owned business enterprise that began operations in 1982. The company began its operations as Cross Creek Realty to sell condos and townhomes in the Cross Creek Area Luxury Development Golf Club. The company enjoyed unprecedented growth, success, and profitability. Later on, the company was incorporated and became Cross Creek Realty, d/b/a CENTURY 21 InTown. The company was later renamed CENTURY 21 InTown to facilitate the growing number of clients who had an interest in Intown Atlanta properties.

In 2003, the owners of the company purchased an office building and moved the operations of the company to its current location. Since that time, the company has grown to seventy-five agents. The CENTURY 21 InTown office is culturally diverse and has agents who speak many, different dialects and languages.
